Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship across Canada via tracked courier. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Delivery times vary by country but typically range from 7–21 business days after dispatch. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country upon arrival.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bergstromcollect.ca with your order number and photos. We will review your case and work toward a fair resolution.

Gamma Drops & Limited Releases

Gamma Drop orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Due to limited quantities, we recommend completing checkout promptly to secure your pack.
