Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Bergstrom Collect are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any trading card products, including singles, sealed product, graded slabs, and Gamma Series mystery packs.

Why We Have This Policy

The nature of trading card products — particularly sealed packs and mystery packs — means that once an order is fulfilled, the contents have been disclosed. To protect the integrity of our inventory and ensure fairness to all collectors, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bergstromcollect.ca with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution.

Gamma Series Mystery Packs

Gamma Series mystery packs are sold as randomized, curated assortments. Specific cards are never guaranteed, and packs will not be exchanged or refunded based on the contents of your pull.
